Very close to the destination

The receptionist was trying to charge to my guest even after having my credit card stored in my reservation. She was extremely rude to my son and my guest “ telling them to speak in English” while we are bilingual. She left my guest seating in the reception until she decided to use the card in file. During check out there was nobody to be found and we were told to leave rooms cards in the desk. Not professional at all

I didn't see anyone to give me my room card they left rooms keys on counters it be picked up by anyone walked to the hotels lobby and their customers can be in danger that's why bathroom was used by some one no security they might have sequrty cameras they need check their systems who used bathrooms or no cleaned rooms
