Golden Ocean Marina Hotel

My stay was a complete disappointment. The room was not ready on time and was filthy upon check-in. The service was terrible, and the hygiene level was zero. The towels were stained and dirty. There were also flies and spiders in the room. I checked out the next morning because the hotel did not live up to its five-star rating. The photos online are very misleading.

Very bad hotel, with no service at all, unqualified reception, rooms without enough towels, and a poor breakfast without even basic cutlery. It doesn’t deserve more than two stars and is completely run-down.

Staff are very polite.

Actually booking.com cheated me claiming that this is a five star hotel. It is not a five star hotel it is a not rated small motel, no restaurant, no lobby, No facilities, no Gym, etc. Dirty beach, dirty smells, broken toilets, uncomfortable beds, very poor and inadequate breakfast. I was a victim of booking.com and I decided not to rely on it again.

محتاج شغل تغيّر الاثاث والنظر في الحمامات وتخصيص مكان الي الافطار واو المطعم والكهرباء تتقطع في كثير

Loved the location, being close to everything and the royal suite option was great Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Not as clean as expected and definitely not a 5 stars hotel but it did the Job
