Golden Ocean Marina Hotel

• The location was convenient and included access to the Golden Palace Hotel’s beach. • The room was spacious and offered a pleasant lake view.

• The hotel operated under a different name than listed on Booking.com (Blue Ocean vs. Golden Ocean Marina), which caused confusion at check-in. • The room was poorly maintained and had an insect problem. • Furniture was outdated. • The bathroom needed urgent repairs, particularly a non-draining sink. • Air conditioning units were old and noisy, reducing comfort. • Wi-Fi was unreliable and too slow to be usable. • Breakfast was served in-room instead of an open buffet and was of low quality. • The stay felt overpriced given the overall experience. • Checkout was uncomfortable, with staff inspecting the room in a way that seemed aimed at finding extra charges.

Showers not working.water very slow in peak hours, tv not working, filthy furniture, place need complete repair and upgrade surprised the manger a at the check out , agreed with me based on this they charge 5 stars price which hardly I give them 2 stars place very bad experience for the $600 a night

Nichts. Null Sauberkeit, sehr billige altmodischen Möbel, schlechtes Essen, ich habe Durchfall gehabt.

- Breakfast is from 9 - 12 ( in-room not open buffet ) , which is much better than the usual 7-10 in all other hotels - Suite is large enough for a medium family stay.

- Breakfast and bed only , no option for H.B or open buffet. - Accessing the lake directly from the room is little bit risky especially with children. - The lake is rocky you need to wear something otherwise your feet will get hurt , the main beach on the other direction is fine . - No activities
