LUXURIOUS APARTMENT in the NIZAMI ST.

I booked this apartment for another person, so unfortunately, I cannot speak about the stay - as far as I know, everything was fine! But I really would like to stress that I booked the apartment for COP29 - a time when demand is high, and prices are soaring, and very often, accomodations are being cancelled last minute in order to achieve higher revenues (which has happened to me before other COPs). In spite of having multiple other requests, Sheyla kept and fulfilled my reservation, to a really reasonable price. I just want to say that I can't thank her enough for doing this. We arrived after a hectic and long flight but Sheyla was kind enough to guide us to her apartment, meeting us there in person upon arrival. She welcomed us and took us to the apartment and helped us settle in. The apartment was warm, cozy, comfortable, and clean. The apartment included all amenities as mentioned including clean utensils, towels and sheets. She was kind enough to provide us with a three plug charger as soon as we requested it. If there was any help or assistance required regarding the apartment, she was readily available. The apartment was right next to Nizami street which helped us explore and go out whenever we wanted. Since it was right in the center, it was really convenient to reach the metro stations, old city or fountain square with just a little walk. Highly recommended for a warm and comfortable stay that feels just like home.

Location is very good. It is basically on Nizami street. The entrance to the apartment is not very nice and the building is kinda old, but not a big deal. If you are looking for some luxury accommodation you should maybe take a look for something else. But we were 100% satisfied with the accommodation. Price was very nice. Sheyla is really a kind person and communication was good. Apartment was clean and prepared before standard check in. Sheyla even asked if anything is extra is needed and she can provide anything. Summary: We can recommend 100%.

You have to meet Sheyla for keys. So it is not possible to make check in without her. Maybe leave there some box with password to get keys. But she can adapt and meet you there when it suits you.

Best host I have dealt with! 1. Perfect central location. 2. All cooking utensils provided and super clean. 3. There was even some suger, salt pepper, oil etc. 4. Cleaning products were provided. 5. The owner is very supportive if you ask for any help she will go above and beyond to help answer your questions. 6. Brought us an extra mattress because we asked for it.

1. The building from the outside is old but the apartment in renovated inside. 2. The toilet was leaking the entire time we were there and could not be fixed while we were in it because it needs time to dry. 3. If you're used to very cold air conditioning, you might struggle until it starts cooling the entire apartment. 4. Upstairs bed mattress is not very comfy.

We stayed here for about a week.. The host Sheyla and her daughter were very friendly and helpful. The house is thoughtfully designed and has everything required for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect!

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely delightful! The space was impeccably clean and surprisingly spacious, complete Cleaned, Comfortable. One of the aspects I appreciated most about this apartment was its convenient location. With easy access to restaurants and convenience stores just a stone's throw away, Additionally, the proximity to Nizami Street, and old city added an extra layer of convenience, allowing for easy exploration of the vibrant surroundings. Also the Staff is friendly.

Our recent stay at Miss Shayla and her daughter Suzan's place was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we booked, their responsiveness and kindness made us feel warmly welcomed. They were always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The interior of the place was immaculate and aesthetically pleasing, with a well-thought-out design that made it feel like a home away from home. Every necessary amenity was provided, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. Located right on Nizami Street, the convenience was unbeatable. We had easy access to everything we needed, from shopping and dining to cultural attractions, all within a short walking distance. Best property in nizami street and the owner was very nice and helped me a lot
