"Nice place with a few inconveniences."

1. The attitude of the "security" personnel. He acted like a sheriff of the old west whit a stranger in town. Mean, arrogant, and full of himself with not even one pint of courtesy. He pretended to interrogate me and give me instructions like he owned the town. 2. They promised to send an invoice to justify my expenses with my company. So far, I have not received it despite their promise that they will send it. 3. The front desk personnel were genuinely nice but poorly trained to attend to the needs of their clients.

"We really enjoyed the hotel, its staff, and the peaceful atmosphere. It was a lovely oasis."

The restaurant food and staff were excellent. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly.

The location, although beautiful, was far enough from the City Center to require a lot of taxi rides to see attractions.

The smell of the bathroom, smelled very bad of sewer ! It got stronger and stronger each day
