I liked everything! The sympathy of staff at the bar and restaurant, and the confort of the room.

I didn´t receveid previously the message with the code of the main door/room. Fortunately the girl who was working at bar, helped us with everything. Unfortunately the terrace bar was not open for guests, because there was a private party on the place.

It is another remote code entry hotel which I dont like. Worse the information told me the wrong floor level and the code would not open the door. I was helped by a waitress in the adjoining cafe, but wedged the room door open in fear I might not be able to get back in.

This is a modeen hotel, with very nice rooms and facilities. The cafe/bar is very popular and gets busy which is a problem if you are a hotel guest as the hotel reception is unmanned and the cafe/bar staff are either too busy to effectively manage the hotel reception or just not trained to do so. Very frustrating.
