這個價位在台北算不錯，但有可能因為假日我分道邊間，空間小，浴室的味道會飄進房間內，但窗戶能開，通風後比較好點。冷氣很冷無法調整(或許是個案)，關掉睡也不至於太熱，加上假日所以也沒特別要求換房間，有免治馬桶座，鄰近捷運板橋站跟府中站，生活機能便利，隔音差，遇到沒水準的房客在走廊大聲講話會傳到屋內，差點想出來罵人，有免費的自助點心區(研磨咖啡跟多種餅乾)
