My problem i wrote a mail to your team. Called your toll free no and could not reach customer service. First I book3d with you fir The muscat hotel at muscat. While i was paying 72 riyals the transaction failed. Subsequent day early morning you've old that my booking is canceled. My money was intact I'm my account. Om 4th mirn8ng My cousin in muscat went yo The muscat hotel muscat and he book3d me the hotel acomidation at 54 Riyals only. Om 11th at Hotel as soon as I took my passport the reception one Arab took your sheet andv told us to pay 72 riyals. We told him 54 riyals ysls only and book3d by my cousin. But he took 72 riyals. Later om 12tj evening my cousin proved that he had booking details no etc. We asked hotel to give us 18 riyals excess charged and in turn hitel manager told us to take up with you only. I request you to kindly give back myc18 riyals Or give me one day stay in a 4virv5cstarxacomodstion in coimbatore fir my next month end trip. Mistakes from your side hence consider my above request.
