Breakfast is one of the worst breakfasts in hotels of Muscat without any modification for years till now but become more worse

Overall good especially the hospitality received from the lady front desk..she was very helpful and smile all the time..

Sufficient parking spaces but if you return late in the evening parking can be difficult close to the hotel.

Nothing at all, after a long trip I just wanted to rest, but the construction noise all the night long was stressful. Plus the poor service. Nothing good. The first receptionist was kind, but the rest of the stuff bad. Just labor.

There was an opening in the bathroom ceiling. The cups from the restaurant are not clean, stained and with flies in it. The construction noise during the night is awful. I had to leave, and the stuff didn't provide any solution. I was not reimbursed. I moved to Platinum Muscat Hotel, better price, much better condition and very nice location. Muscat Express is a waste of money. Don't risk, look for another one. It is far from everywhere. Outside it is full of garbage.
