Cozy 2-Room Penthouse Lakeview W14

I liked everything! New house with excellent renovation. Wonderful panoramic view of the city.

Very clean property. Comfortable beds. Pillows not great. THERE IS NO POOL OR SPA. Spa and pool some distance away doesn’t belong to owner and therefore also has additional cost. Towels too small. Shower luke warm. Hair dryer is non functional. Didn’t try the iron or hoover. Washing machine okay with detergent. Dishwasher okay as well. Can see parts of the lake but mostly just concrete buildings. For tv need own Netflix account which of course doesn’t work as I have the English ad supported version. Near a Lidl for fresh croissants and milk for breakfast. There is table and few chairs. Mainly quiet except at night there is dog barking. Overall nice stay but I don’t think it is anything special. Shame about the pool and spa.

The apartment was perfect for a couple Especially while 1 is working. Enough space. Two separate rooms and the table near to the window was great surprise. We had everything we needed for comfortable living for 1 week. Thank you!

Really nice place. Communication could have been better for check in Place was nice and clean and modern and once open comms was pleasant to deal with There is no pool and it’s a local pool that you have to pay for, not onsite nor part of the rental so slightly misleading

The apartment is beautiful, very modern, fast wifi. Issues: Communication. There was confusion around our booking and parking resulting in us waiting 60 minutes outside apartment, back and forth on WhatsApp. There were amenities listed that were not a part of the building, such as pool and spa and valet parking.

The double bed was comfy. The shower is working well. The WIFI has a strong signal. The apartment is designed with taste, has all the kitchen utensils plus tea and sugar. The dishwasher and washing machine are working well and the hosts left us tablets for both. The host was available on Watsup and solved the WIFI password problem.

The apartment is not cozy and not the Lakeview. It's a Cemetery view. All you see when you are eating near the window is a big cemetery. My kids were really afraid to eat here. I made toast with the dead. It's not big, we hardly had a place to open the suitcases for 4 people. Also, the table is only for 2 people so we as a family of four had to make turns to eat breakfast. There was not enough toilet paper for 3 days for 4 people. It was very hard to find free parking here at any time of the day. Also, we got an impression that the building has an indoor pool but there was no indoor pool, there is a country club somewhere else in the district. My kids were disappointed.

The apartment is very nice, new, clean enough... The location is ok. It is close to a bus station and a 5-10 minutes walk to a Lidl supermarket. It is located in a new apartment building.

Sleeping in the kitchen is ok even for 2 persons. But the wall painting next to the bed is possible to cause injuries. It looks great but it's not practical inside a house/apartment. The bathroom sink is quite small.

Modern comfortable room, has everything you need. Fresh linen and towels, in sufficient quantities. High-quality dishes and appliances. Self-check-in without any problems. The employees are always in touch. I recommend
