Property was beautiful. Almost seemed like we had the entire place to ourselves! As location was managed remotely, not much engagement with staff- went to another nearby hotel to fill out some paperwork. Very spacious rooms and great breakfast :)

"Un hotel de lujo que carece de recepción"

La cuidadosa y elegante rehabilitación del palacio. Sus instalaciones y cómoda habitación, y la calidad de su restaurante

La recepción online, que me provocó un episodio de ansiedad, cuando no pude acceder a mi habitación. El ahorro del gasto de personal en un hotel de estas características me parece del todo inapropiado. La recepción no es solo una entrega de llaves, sino un punto de seguridad de los clientes, y a la que recurren asiduamente . Una lástima que empañó la estancia. La calidad del establecimiento exige recepción física.
