The location was good right in the town centre. Well stocked kitchen with coffee sugar tea and milk in the fridge

It was listed as having free parking but parking permits not in use and had to use the local car park. The stairs to the bedrooms very steep and the top two bedrooms very uncomfortable beds. Small shower cubicle in the 4 poster room

Location was great. Kitchen facilities were good.

The lounges were old and not clean. The bathroom was lovely but it was not easy or practical to access the shower in the bathroom. (bath was very high & difficult to get in and out). Shutters on bathroom windows were broken. Ensuite in bedroom on 1st floor was very nice but it had a really small shower & it was not easy to access. Steep staircase to 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. 3rd bedroom curtains on window were not fixed properly. Parking was not close. We had to pay to park and then the owner did reimburse us the costs.

The location of the house is fantastic, a very short walk from the town centre. The house has a comfortable lounge, a very well equipped kitchen and three bedrooms. It has been done to a good standard and has some quirky features, including an amazing bath. To reach the bedrooms you need to go up some very steep stairs, which weren't a problem for us but could be for anyone less mobile. The highlight for my 8 year old great-nephew was the games room in the basement which was equipped with a pool table and darts. We spent an enjoyable evening down there.

The promised free parking didn't materialise because of a problem with the council. From past reviews this seems to be a common issue. We were informed of the issue at the last minute, which was disappointing. A positive was that the owner immediately refunded our parking fee and there are plenty of car parks within a few minutes walk.

Location was fabulous. Loved the decor

Lovely and cosy, clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with everything you needed. Bedrooms clean and comfy. Bathrooms spotless and lots of toiletries available to use. The location is perfect for walking into town and loads to do in Stratford-upon-Avon, such a beautiful place. Recommend the MAD museum for kids and adults! The escape room was good too. Daran was great to communicate with, replied really quickly. Great host. We would return.

A gorgeously quaint little place, walking distance from everything. Excellent facilities with a well equipped kitchen, which always helps! Both bathrooms in excellent condition- loved the bath. Such a shame we didnt have more time.
