Buenas ubicación y en general todo está bien y bonito,buena comida ,solo que como la mayoría de los hoteles altos y con muchas habitaciones se llena bastante y se saturan la albercas

The location of the hotel was great for going to the beach and eating at nearby restaurants. The hotel was responsive to our requests for a refrigerator and an extra chair. A maintenance man came up immediately to fix a problem with the toilet. Carlos was very helpful at the front desk The pools were beautiful and well maintained. The A/C ran very cold.

I would have like a regular coffee machine. They only had an expresso machine in the room. I would have liked longer pool hours. Not many staff could speak English.
