Staff as always were respectful and always ready to assist (including the security guards) Room is clean

During sundays restaurant is closed (we had to have our dinner delivered) but I think this is part of their cost efficiency measure The blankets specifically have some black markings so I am not sure if they were laundered but they dont smell bad so I think they were laundered..

The location, although far from my residence (Imus) it is so near to the venue of the event I was invited to attend. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood.

None it is excellent based on my criteria and expectation

It is a new building so everything is still working and new. It is quiet although it is in a residential neighborhood. MRT and buses going to the provinces are walking distance. Restaurants are just a trike away.

The toilet was not working so you use pail of water (if you're local, it is not an issue) but was fixed the next day.
