Excellent location. Property is a little gem

Fantastic location of everything that’s on offer in the city. Would recommend to everyone and most certainly will return again.

The apartment itself was very nice — tastefully furnished, spacious enough for two people (and possibly a third on the sofa), and generally comfortable. The bed was relatively comfortable, and the big TV in the living room was a great touch. The kitchen had all the basic cutlery and utensils, and finding and accessing the apartment was straightforward, which made arrival smooth. There were, however, a few issues. The apartment got extremely hot, and there were no fans available, which made it uncomfortable. While the large TV in the living room was great, it would have been even better to have one in the bedroom as well. Handwash was also a little difficult to find — just a small bar hidden away in the bathroom. Parking was another challenge. The car park with a discount was about a 5–10 minute walk away, which isn’t too bad, but with bags it was quite uncomfortable and a bit of a hassle. The biggest drawback was the noise. Because the apartment is so close to town, we were disturbed throughout the night — woken up at least 5 or 6 times by noise from people outside, clattering bottles, and what sounded like activity from nearby restaurants and bars. We tried keeping the windows closed, which made the room even hotter, but unfortunately it didn’t help with the noise at all. As a result, we weren’t able to get a restful sleep. Overall, for the price, the apartment does offer a good level of comfort and style, and it’s a solid option if location and value are the priority. J

Great apartment to stay in. High quality finishing and great location.

-Need better blinds as not good for keeping sun and daylight out. Blinds are thin plastic. -Windows don't all open and window slides don't stay up. Really hot inside the apartment. No fans or AC available. -Extremely noisy. Even if windows did open, one couldn't leave them open on a night due to the sheer volume of noise. -Bathroom sink plug stuck so couldn't use it. Night worker came up to look at it but he said it was defective so needed a plumber. -Not enough comfortable seating for 4 adults as only one 3 seater sofa. Sorry but wouldn't stay again due to above issues. Think its expensive for what we experienced. Not one us 4 slept well at all and has not been a pleasant experience.

Lovely apartment, great location just very noisy at night as its very close to Matthew steet.The guy that works on a night is great and very helpful. Great stay.

Great location. Lovely apartment. Lift was not working which would have been an issue for some but in general a good place to stay and great value for a city centre.

Ideal location

Accommodation was fabulous. Spacious, clean property. Location couldn’t have been better and there was no noise at night. I saw a few reviews saying it was too loud. We heard nothing and slept all night. The price is amazing too will definitely be back.

Great location, lovely apartment just needed a fan as room was really hot on the evening.
