The size of the room and a comfortable bed

The location, dark facilities, check in staff and the terrible breakfast, if you could even call it a breakfast

Fantastic for the price. Adjust your expectations. Yes it’s old run down but for the price it’s great. The breakfast is really just coffee and some random stuff that will be gone by 6:30am

There's literally no positive or redeeming value here, it was sanitary... But I would not call it clean.

The pictures are outdated, in fact they are probably from when it was a quality inn. If I can, I will attach additional pictures of how it looks now. The breakfast was non-existent to also have pictures of this. There are pancakes but no syrup or butter, their cereal but no spoons or milk, all of their juice options are out, there's nothing in the freezer except muffins that are outdated. The mattress on the pull out was so dilapidated as to be non-existent, it was literally thread bare and discolored to a putrid yellow by age. The room layout is not represented by the photos, the bed options on the king Suites of any form are not as advertised. Oh and I couldn't even get a receipt.

This hotel was filthy. Even my 10 yr olds were grossed out by the dirt and hair all over the bathroom, in the sink, on the counters. We even found hair in the microwave when we opened it. The hot (lukewarm) water only lasts about 4 minutes, and the water line has air in it, so it sort of spits water along with air bubbles We didnt attempt breakfast because when we checked in at 9pm, there was still leftover food on several tables from the earlier guests. The hallway near the gym was lined with industrial sized bags of trash and the whole 1st floor smelled like the dump, saved only by a powerful fan that blows an air freshner at you when you walk in the front door. The hallway floor by the gym has a large whole that is covered only with carpet. I unknowlingly stepped in it and went flying. There were obvious prostitutes in the hall, and as we were leaving I had to explain to the kids why a man was wearing a large device around his ankle (ankle monitor). Dont let the photos fool you. This place is a total dump and the staff are impossible to find and wont answer the phone.

Absolutely nothing the here didn't work there wasn't even a microwave in the room very horrible experience for $70 for a night definitely not worth it would not stay again.

Everything. Our room was nasty trash and mouse droppings everywhere stairway smelled like poop it was bad

Place was dirty and run down and seemed like it was also being used as a a halfway house.

The room had an odor, but otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was noisy during the night

The king size bed was amazing, the sofa sleeper not so much. Area seemed safe, breakfast was good.

Sofa sleeper was uncomfortable

The staff was friendly and polite despite an internet delay. The room was y spacious and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable.
