It was good

When we got to the hotel and checked in, went to our room and there was a man in the room taking a shower. So went back to the service desk and they gave us another room. We had a game to go and when we returned we had no phone, no tv remote, we did sleep but I will never stay at a super 8 again

Seemed clean but hall smelled bad. Ice machine broken, pop machine empty , no Kleenex or cups in room and when I asked she said there are none. Couldn’t find the lady till I yelled. Some shades ripped. We couldn’t get tv to work We left after 1 hr

You get what you pay for. I had a bad experience here. First, my suitcase was stolen upon arrival. I booked my room online and when I arrived, I was told that there was a $25 cash deposit. I don't carry cash on me so I left my luggage right outside the check in window. Since I was only going across the street to the atm, and the worker would be able to see if anyone took my stuff, I had trust that it would still be there. When I got the money out and went back, I noticed one of my suitcases were gone. When I asked the worker if he saw who took it, he said no. And I asked him if they have cameras and he said not outside. Smh. He acted careless about the situation. Since I had already spent money to get to the hotel, and also if I cancelled my booking, I would be charged for the first day, I just went along and continued the check in. Well, it got worse, because while me and my daughter was in the room, some strange-looking guy was watching me through the window. When I screamed in terror he hurried and ran off. This was my last straw. I checked out. I was waiting on my ride and a big bug flew past me in the lobby which caught me by surprise so I jumped back. I noticed the staff worker making fun of me and speaking in a different language.I know she was making fun of me because she was mocking the jumping motion I had just did a short while before. Also, the hotel room wasn't clean and the tub faucet was constantly dripping even though it was turned off. Don't go there!

I check in but the lobby bathroom was under repairs so in went to the room to use the bathroom. I lifted the toilet seat and it came off entirely in my hand. I then looked into the shower, and there was peeling paint with what appeared to be mold. I immediately went back to the desk and cancelled entirely and left.

This place has gone downhill fast. I booked a non smoking king bed room. When I enter the room, the door was nearly came off its frame. The room looked like someone trashed it and they quickly patched things up and rent out to customers again. I asked for another room and the front desk enoloyee informed me that was the last king size room and I would have to pay an additional $10 to be moved to a double queen bed room. I had to argue with this person to make her understand that I am not responsible an additional $10 fee. She finally understood or realized that she wouldn’t get that additional fee. I moved in the double queen size bed room. Trash was still in trash can. Blown light bulbs were not replaced. 1 light worked out of 5 lightbulbs fixture in the bathroom. There was a phone but no cord to the wall. The curtain was inoperable. I the curtain would not lower down when I closed it. The room I was non smoking but it smelled like it has been marinated in weed for months. They have no security managing the property. A homeless person approached me to let him in so that he could get done ice at the resident ice machine. When I left, a homeless person asked me for money to buy breakfast. Really disappointed with this place

The room was nice and clean. No elevator to second floor. Fighting and hollering throughout the night out in the back parking lot

Stained sheets / pillow cases Old building/ rooms Did give new towels and make up room each day Refrigerator freezer section to frosted up to use - ice machine leaking all over floor - wet blanket wrapped at floor 2 days had to drag my things back downstairs to get a room key that worked
