The property was very clean, tidy and warm. The room that I had was quite tight for space but perfectly adequate for my needs. I could have had a larger room I understand.

Nothing, everything was fine. I might not have thought so had I not been able to get one of the very limited parking spaces available.

Good location. Onsite parking. My accommodation was upgraded as a better room was available. Host ‘Murray’ was very accommodating to providing an early breakfast. Good information available on local restaurants.

Rooms are fine for one person but would seem a bit small for a couple.

Short walk to Centre of Skegness, Super friendly welcome, Very Clean & an excellent fry up breakfast - buffet style. Nothing is too much trouble.

We had the twin room which is a bit compact but does the job.

The Kildale was clean and comfortable are room was lovely good breakfast only seen Murray at breakfast

Breakfast was just warm on are first morning didn't eat much of it next morning we went down just after 8 for breakfast it was lovely so you have to go early for breakfast

Brilliant. family room, very big 2 bedrooms.Great, big walking bathroom, great big shower.Everything you want to choose from For breakfast very clean
