- Chambre vieillissante, qui nécessiterait un petit rafraîchissement - Propreté laissant parfois à désirer, notamment en ce qui concernait la télécommande qui était très sale ou le tapis de bain qui était troué - Mauvaise insonorisation - Frigo parfois très bruyant
