Very nicely furnished with modern and tasteful furniture and all the mod cons. Good location right next to the Reading train station and a 5 minute walk from the high street and all the shops.

Very noisy in the early morning everyday and throughout the day due to being on a major bus route so buses pass right next to the window every 5 minutes. Cleanlinless really needs to be improved. The cleaning that was done before we arrived was only superficial. There was still dust in a lot of places. The TV remote was sticky and most importantly our mattress and bedsheets had an unpleasant smell. These were replaced though when we complained so at least the management were responsive. There are no staff for check in etc. Everything is done without any human contact.

Location is really good.

There are not enough cooking utensils. There is only one fork, three spoons, one dinner knife and one small pot. The rest of the plates and cups are sufficient.

The room was fairly dirty, and it was clear that it was not properly cleaned and inspected before our arrival. The shower drain was clogged, which prevented us from having a shower that day and also resulted in our deposit being used for reparations when we clearly did not break anything. Although I sent pictures showing the shower drain being clogged already when we got there, there was no answer to this day. The stay was something that I can only describe at least as poor quality at a very high price in the end.

The property is really nice and comfortable to stay in. The only problem we faced was the parking situation.

That there was not parking at the property.

The location was fab and lovely. Initiall review of facilities was spotless and clean. The environment was nice, lovely decorated, and initially looked good value for money.

The bathroom facilities were bad. Drainage did not work. A quick call to customer service and were told no available plumber to solve issue which meant no shower for the full duration of the stay. Poor customer service as no options, apologies, or compensation. 2. Noise from the top flat was constant from 11pm till 3am all through ohr stay.

The apartment is definitely under rated on the booking site .it was fantastic lovely and bright fantastic balcony.the price was good and I'd definitely come back again and again .I cannot complain about one single thing ..look forward to coming back asap I brought an artist jayboi official a music artist from Nigeria who was doing a show and he was also impressed

Cutlery needs more wasn't really enough to eat

Location was perfect. Short walk to the train station, and shopping.

Missed having some cleaning basics, like a broom and dust pan.

Excellent location, spacious flat & well equipped.

Only mirror is in the bathroom, with no plugs nearby so had to use laptop camera to do hair! Communal hallway could do with some TLC but this did not affect overall experience.
