Quality Inn Joliet

Seemed a bit run down and not taken care of.

I wouldn’t know any of this because I was booked for the wrong dates somehow. I went to confirm for next week and found my date was last month.

Pleasant staff and a nice reception area. Plenty of parking space. Location isn't great in terms of things to do, places to eat etc. Comfortable bed. Breakfast offered limited choice but included hot options which I always like!

Rooms are tired, drab and noisy (located right next to busy road intersection). Therefore slightly overpriced in my opinion.

The people that work at the desk are amazing, always greet you with a smile and if there is ever an issue they are happy to help.

The smell of mildew in the hallway, the hallways are dark especially near the end of the hallway. The rooms are not being cleaned properly. There is no reason why I should be finding hair in the tub or toilet seat.

Refrigerator didn’t work, lights didn’t work next to the bed because outlets were hanging out of the wall. But it was clean.

The facilities, the bathroom needs to be fixed and or updated the hallway, smell, muggy and musty, and someone was cooking food that made the whole hallway stink from the first floor to the second floor not to mention the elevator was not working

The deposit fee sucks I didn’t have enough for it

On our way home to Michigan and Quality Inn Joliet was our last stay for the day. We enjoyed the conversations with Sandy S the employee at Whiskey River Bar & Grill for the Quality Inn. Thank you Sandy, for being such a great person during our stay.

I love that it was quiet. The staff was very friendly.
