IntercityHotel Muscat

For the most part this hotel was top notch. The things I did not like were how expensive the food was in the hotel. Coffee and a donut for 10 rial. The second thing I was not impressed with was the internet. Could not run simple tik tok or instagram videos, could not run Netflix on the Tv. I am travelling with a teenager and would expect much better internet for the price of the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. Very safe and quiet. The staff at the hotel is very helpful. Salah at the front desk went above and beyond to make my checkin and checkout experience smooth. The restaurant in the hotel is great with a lot of options. Hesham and Kalnai from the staff are very attentive and make sure you are fed well. Overall great stay. Highly recommend the property for a stay.

This hotel was absolutely phenomenal! It is in a great location close to many coffee shops and a couple of supermarkets. Short stroll to the beach. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean. The feature wall in the rooms is a map of the local area - so intelligent! Breakfast and the dinner buffet were absolutely massive - so much to choose from. The pool is heated to 32-35C all year round. Fabulous views from the hotel of the coastline or the mountains surrounding this amazing and fascinating city! The staff were absolutely beautiful - the service was truly 5-star and they were so welcoming and accommodating of every request. This hotel is by far one of the best I have stayed in and comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I came from long flight and at 2 am the housekeeping was cleaning the corridor and it was noisy, i went to talk to them to stop cleaning and letting me sleep but they was still cleaning until 3 am !! I don’t know how they want the guests sleep and had a good stay.

Had a great stay. The breakfast is fabulous and staffvery welcoming

Property is very nice. The rooms are nice but cold (AC was set to 18.5). Excercise room and pool are excellent. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The attached mall was disappointing, no nearby food shopping or restaraunts. It is walkable (1/2 mile) to other side of highway and more shopping. Hotel resteraunt is good by way too expensive.

The rooms are impeccable.

The property displays an impressive layout, with diverse amenities and cleanliness.

The hotel is good overall, yet there was alot of noise in the room because of the fans working outside the room. The was trash bags left in the corridor by other from the time we checked in till ww checked out the other day

This is just like an Ibis. Nice and clean with good service and very European inexpensive business style. It has a pool and spa. Restaurant is okay but pricey and there are no restaurants in the neighborhood. It feels like an island there as you are not allowed to order a taxi on an app. They have their own taxis. But, it’s a nice place if you don’t need any services near you within walking distance.
