Bathroom shower blocked, I was given a different room not was booked. Under the roof when outside was 32°C hardly approachable by the stairs, very yh thin walls, listened the next door

Location is good

All facilities are far away from the room.

It was not like it said on booking.com ,it must be 20 years out of date

It only had four wall to look at no tv no towels which it never said on booking.com

Room only

Washroom was very dirty and was not clean. We even didn't get towel there

Easily accessible by bus, with stop direct to Temple Meads outside. Check-in instructions easy to follow. Facilities fairly basic but clean.

Lack of towel especially inconvenient. Steep winding stairs immediately outside my room, which wouldn't suit the less mobile.

Quando cheguei ao quarto nao havia toalhas. Sempre viajo a inglaterra e sempre tem toalhas, pois é o minimo alem do dormitorio. Enviei uma mensagem e ela disse que teria que pagar 7£ pela toalha e ir buscar em outro alojamento dekes. Entao Eu e minha colega fomos comprar toalhas na primark. A casa de banho nao tinha papale higienico e estava sempre suja.

A.unica coisa.que gostei.foi a.cama dormir bem.

Tidy kitchen, friendly staff at the reception.

The property was average. It’s madness that it’s only one toilet and bathroom for 12 rooms because the other one was under construction. It was torture to go to the top floor and down to the ground floor to use the kitchen. It felt like being trapped in the bed with walls on 3 of the four sides.

Location & the bed was comfortable

Poor hygiene through the building although the bedroom was almost okay. There was one plug socket in the room on the wall at the far side nothing near the bed no little lamps one of the sockets didn’t actually work The kitchen is horrid the living room I didn’t use. The bathroom was being worked on and wasn’t usable one day. The cups in the room were so dirty it not sure had ever been washed maybe rinsed
