1. Before the settlement, they require a registration on a strange site and provide an ID copy and a full Bank Card data. This is very suspicious. 2. There was not a single towel in the room. 3. The kitchen was very dirty with a mountain of smelly dirty dishes. 4. On the first day of the arrival, the door code lock did not work. We lost 2.5 hours waiting for a person to fix it.

Messy communal areas which hasn’t been cleaned in over a week. Requires credit card details to secure stay

Comfy and in a good place, great value for money and easy access Was really nice all round please don’t take offence to the criticism:)

Communal areas were not clean apart from the lounge- kitchen especially had food on the floor and worktops were not clean and dishes were piled in sink so the tap was inaccessible- i understand this is not your fault The drain in the shower was blocked Maybe an option to have another pillow:)

We loved the neighborhood; it was really practical for visiting the city. There were many shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. In general, the house was great to stay in—the room was big, and we had a kettle for boiling water. The house has a code, as does the room, which makes it super easy to enter.

It was a little too dirty; the room wasn’t cleaned very well, and the shared bathrooms were really dirty. We've stayed in this type of shared accommodation before, so we knew what to expect. This is a shared home with no reception or staff. You have your own room and share the kitchen and bathroom with 12 other people—but it was not well maintained.

The location and the kitchen where the BEST part of the rooms. Having at least a longue room was surely apreciated

The bathroom was separated from the room. Also the beds are too small and sometimes the room was cold.

Contacted property about heating, they said that its working, but, i stayed in room 9, heating was off all the time! In corridor was warmer then in my room, i was freezing all day and night.
