This was our first time in Egypt and we have found our new favourite place. The upgrade to a suite is so worth it for premium room location and Utopia benefits. Hussein, Hazem and the lifeguard at Utopia are more than helpful and helped make our stay very enjoyable. Hassan at late night snacks was also great, and Mohamed at reception was helpful in arranging room decoration for my husband’s 30th! Excellent stay :)
