Incredible view, beautifully decorated hotel, in a great location. Breakfast was very good and there was a lot of it.

We booked a room that was listed as having one queen and one twin bed, but the room really only has a queen bed and a sofa. This may have been my misunderstanding while booking though. Upon arrival we were charged an extra 15% for needing two beds even though I had booked the room for two people.

This is my second time at this place and I am even more disappointed the second time than I was last year. Customer service is at its worst: last year they left a paper on the tray with few items saying they were free, then they charged us on our way out. This year the receptionist was totally disrespectful and used mockery and sarcasm as a means of communication. Both times the pool was really unclean and you can see the fungus starting to grow. The coffee was burned and we had to wait for a long time for our breakfast, simply because there isn't a specific time with specific staff to prepare. It is literally whoever is free at that time. Even the lunch we ordered was unedible and expensive. I only visited the place again to show a friend of mine who is a tourist the beauty of Sidi bousaid, but I am never returning again even if I will have to downgrade hotels.
