Parrots`Village

Everything was top notch, start to finish. Absolutely gorgeous landscaping and good outdoor lighting. Extremely spacious and well appointed interior. Well-stocked kitchen. Very nice, huge bathroom. Fantastic heavy towels and bathrobes. We even used our Jacuzzi tub and it was great.

Tiny issues: didn't care for the big, dense pillow. The water heater is set too hot; it can be dangerous, especially for kids. The stove is tricky to figure out, instructions would be great.

This property was great and had plenty of space for our family of 6. When we originally got there the shower wasn’t hot enough for us, and when we informed the staff, they immediately came and fixed it and it was plenty hot after that! We did have a rental car, as I think most everyone in the Azores does, but it wouldn’t be possible really without a rental car. There was also a really sweet welcome basket with some local food including the pineapple jam that we all loved!

Perfectly clean, well equipped, easy check-in and check-out available 24/7, very friendly staff. Quite location in the countryside, but at the same time in short connection to the airport. Great location for many trips to all directions. Definitely place I can recommend to others.

great location, clean, had everything we needed!

It's a very nice place equipped with everything you need. We had a great time enjoying the barbacue and jacuzzi on the garden. The owners are really nice and helpful.

The property was spotless, the staff was very helpful and available, the jacuzzi was really great in the evening allowed us to relax after large hiking days! The parking for cars in front of the house was really great, the fact that there is a closed gate for safety is remarkable and the house itself was very well designed with great taste and had everything inside even for barbecue!

The only thing I would look into is the acoustic isolation of the roof as it gets quite loud with heavy rain.

In winter season : a lot of towels and bath robes, A/C with drying function, smart TV, spacious, very confortable beds, lot of equipements, good blinds, welcome basket, parking places inside the "village" . We didn't test but there were a Jacuzzi and a BBQ with wood.

In winter season : humidity (difficulty to dry the towels or the bathroom) , missing one big chair, very hot water but then no hot water anymore after 3 showers (normal but still)

clean, quiet, has all the facilities you need

The only thing missing are mosquito screens at the windows.
