"Not the worst and certainly not the best.A rating of “average “ would be fair in my view"

Good location- reasonable price- clean

Found the location noisy - the street noise was annoying late at night.The onsite car parking was very tight and made the parking of a larger SUV difficult.some of the furniture was “ tired” and probably needs replacing such as the lounge/sofa

Amazing location right on Saint Clair Beach. Very clean and lovely accommodation with a a patio and a balcony overlooking the ocean. Many good restaurants nearby. A short drive to Downtown.
