We loved our stay at Hotel Pura, Jerry was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. Our room had everything we needed and was very nicely done. Chacala town is only a short walk down the hill

"Very helpful host!"

Our host was really friendly and helpful! He kindly picked us up with our bags and dropped us off at the bus when we left. The apartments are a great deal, basic but cute and comfortable. The hotel is small and has a nice intimate atmosphere. We didn’t have time to go up to the rooftop veranda but there is one and I bet it has a great view.

Staff very helpful. Patio on top deck very well appointed and a great place to relax. Room facilities very good.

Only one bathroom & lighting in bedroom not great.

"very successful and enjoyable stay. would stay again."

Owner Jerry is very attentive; upon our arrival provided a tour of town in his golf cart! He also provided directions for hiking to the volcano and a remote beach and always accessible and around the property.

No garment hangers or closets; however Jerry did mention he was addressing this room by room.

"Great stay all together very friendly owners and very welcoming."

The service was great and always available when needed. The whole villa was very clean. Loved the view from the roof top.

The sitting area and beds could be a bit more comfortable. Just a bit too firm for my liking. Other that it’s a great place and near a variety of restaurants.
