AMATA Residence

Lovely hotel! Superbly clean, well-functioning (lifts, aircon, wi-fi, washing machine etc), excellent mattresses and very friendly staff. The big drying rack was also well used. Hotel offered complimentary tuk-tuk drives to nearby shopping malls. The rooftop swimming pool was amazing and offered a stunning view at night. A very cozy and romantic place to end a busy and scorching day. The hotel is outside the 3-km radius of typical tourist hotels, so some daily tour operators expect you to take a tuk-tuk to the tourist area for pick-up. However, we preferred to stay in this neighborhood since it is quiet and safe, and it is very easy and cheap to order a tuk-tuk through Grab.

Perhaps an extra cooking pot and more utensils - not much of an issue at all

The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The beds were quite comfortable and the rooms are cleaned daily which is a great touch.

The location is slightly out of the way from more central parts of the city, however if you’re looking for a quieter part of town it certainly has less noise and bustle at nighttime. It would be nice if there was an option to have some form of on-site catering too for food and drinks.

Everything was great. Just be mindful it is about a 25 minute tuk tuk ride to all the central attractions. However, the area has it's own restaurants and malls.

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet établissement. Le personnel est au petit soin.

Accueil du personnel agréable. Chambre propre, spacieuse, avec une super vue sur la ville.
