Clean and good facility

I stayed at the hotel. Everything was fine, except for the attitude of the housekeeping staff, which was not good. I was charged $10 for two towels, with the reason being that the stains couldn’t be removed, as informed by the housekeeper. However, I took the towels home and washed them very gently, all the stains from the mango were removed quickly and easily. I consider that to be a lie. Therefore, I feel it is appropriate to leave a negative review regarding this matter.

The property is located near my family which was very convenient. Very walkable with lots to do in the area. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. This will be my first choice to stay for future trips. Highly recommended!

"The best, comfortable stay my family can have."

We rented a one bedroom apartment. Facilities are at it best with pool and sauna. Hopefully next time they can have a restaurant within the hotel. All the receptionist were friendly, accomodating and very helpful.

May we suggest that if the property can provide a kitchen towel which is one of the very important need of a kitchen.

The best family friendly hotel in Cambodia. We booked airport pick up, our flight was delayed and there was no way of contacting the resort. However, when we got outside they were waiting for us with big smiles! When we finally got to the hotel, my 3 year old was asleep and instead of checking in, they let me go to the room first to let her sleep on the bed. As an exhausted mom who was traveling on a flight for 26 hours, this was the most kindest thing a person can do. We were in Cambodia for a family vacation of 20 people, we love the hotel so much that made all of our cousins book a room. We plan to stay at the same place next year, when we visit again.
