All of the experience in your apartments was excellent! We loved it and it was very appropriate for our Honeymoon, as every detail (reception, cleaning, atmosphere, employees, communication etc.) was 10/10! We had nothing to worry about and we could only enjoy! Thank you for that ❤️

The jacuzzi was a bit weak

Magda und ihr Team waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit in allen Belangen. Die Suites sind wunderschön. Das Wetter im Oktober traumhaft. Wer relaxen will ist hier absolut richtig. Supermarkt, Autovermietung, Cafés und Restaurants unmittelbar in der Nähe. Ebenso gibt es einen Strand direkt gegenüber. Da lohnt sich trotz Privatpool ein Sprung ins Meer :)

Beautiful views, pools were clean and room perfect. Management were really helpful, arranged late check out free of charge and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable.

The hotel is close to airport. Clean room. Private and free parking. Staff is very nice and suggested different restaurants on arrival. Breakfast was good, but no proteins except one egg per person. It was also too many sweet options, and no ham or anything else.

We booked the room for the purpose of using the private pool, but since there is only sun in the early morning that side of the building, the pool was very cold. We didn’t use the pool once in the four days we stayed. So don’t be fooled by the pictures about the sun. The yard doesn’t look finished. They should put up some privacy fence/bushes next to the fence because people could see straight in. Also the area around in the back was undone. They should make it more welcoming with bamboo, plants or anything to cover up the area which still looks unfinished.

We have chosen a room with private hot tube on the 1st floor, and it was right move: + You can observe the sea, you can even hear it all the night if open balcony door open; + Room was warm and well ventilated - no any signs of high humidity nor musty smell; + Private hot tube is really private and hot, enough space for two, very well set on the balcony; + Beach towels were provided; + Welcome bottle of Greek white wine and 1L of still water was provided upon arrival; + Room featured a corkscrew (! - rare in hotels) and 2 wine glasses, a fridge with a freezer, coffee maker, kettle, tea & coffee stock; + Free car parking and free WiFi - as promised; + They added "Do not distrurb / Clean-up my room" labels - as was requested by some reviewer earlier! + Really top location: nearby you will find everything you need (shops, restaurants, even ATM).

Recommendations for owners: guys, you have great potential! Please continue development! - consider adding some paintings / frescos (as prints) to the walls, and giving rooms some fancy names (probably inspired by Greek mythology) to create the vacation mood; - consider re-stocking one large bottle of still water on a daily basis, probably it could be done with the breakfast (now it only contains juice as a beverage); - consider offering breakfast from 8am (instead of 8:30); - consider let your guests to customize breakfast upon their taste. Now you offer somehow a bit different pastries and fruits on a daily basis, but what if you allow guests to fill-in a simple form and let you know their preferences? I'd love to choose between several juice varieties, also some ham and vegetables could be added upon requests, water (still or sparkling), greek yoghurt is a must-have as an option, in my opinion, too. - please fix the safe (metal box) to the wall - now it is quite funny to see small safe standing alone that is easy to take away from the room. ;-) - in a long run, I'd like to see more amenities outside: a shade above car parking, probably a mini-golf or other outdoor game (petanque?), some 4-poster-beds with curtains, and a fence. You may add a pair of peacocks walking even :) Recommendation for guests: - if you are concerned about privacy, think twice before booking a room on ground floow with private pool; I think naming is a bit misleading here: pool is rather personal, but not private, because you bathing will be observed by everyone living in the 1st floor from their balconies, and by everyone passing by or enjoying the sun on the grass. - this place is somehow overpriced, so if you are disappointed with any of its aspect - just think that you are a early investor into Crete economy and hospitality segment. This hotel is true future star of the region, if it will be well maintained and developed further.
