"Meets World Class expectations"

Our stay was great! The only demerit is that we wasted a lot of food because there is no microwave but we knew that going in so no point deduction for the hotel. The table tennis pads should be upgraded and the ball as well.

Loved the property, I will totally use them again. CONS: room service is extremely slow, allow 60-90 mins to get your food. Gym is okay, although I am concerned about it's cleanliness. Nothing to clean it with after use, just a hand sanitizer for yourself. If you are germophobic, stay away. Lovely staff

The property was clean, staffs were very professional, friend but the food was very poor, not international standard since there were other international guests, local cuisine on the menu were always not available, I always had no option of getting meal after 10pm, and meals were always served with paper napkin.
