The owner Kathy was awesome. Very helpful. Help me straighten out my reservation. Negotiate your taxi fee in advance. Several of us stayed there and thought that $15 US a person from the airport to the location was steep. Otherwise my stay was terrific!

Very friendly and helpful hosts. The covered breakfast area was screened from the road and comfortable in the shade and a breeze. The room thought small was well appointed with a comfortable bed and great air conditioning. Would recommend the property as a great location near the airport

My daughter and I traveled to Belize together for a homeschool getaway/ Christmas present! I was leery about this trip as it would just be her and I - no men- and it’s Central America after all. Cathy and Dan (the owners) were fabulous hosts, who were on site and available the entire duration. Ms Cathy or Ms Vinnie (the most beautiful and kind soul) were up and ready to prepare us breakfast every morning (at the requested time no less!) We really came to enjoy and look forward to our first meal of each day - as it got us off to a great start! Delicious! Ms Cathy turned us on to our driver … Toni… who my daughter and I used all week long. Toni was an excellent addition to our daily excursions! He picked us up and brought us back daily from our different destinations and outtings! The trip was amazing as a whole, but having a safe haven, good cooking and a reliable driver really catapulted our experience. We cannot thank you enough for your beautiful hospitality and care. Host Cathy is amazing. Knowing we were arriving Christmas Day and that nothing would be open, she had a wonderful dinner prepared for us…on the house! Rooms are super comfy and clean. She also organized an airport pickup and tour of Altun Ha (through driver Tony, also a gem). She even took the time to say goodbye as she needed to run some errands while we were preparing to depart. We’ll definitely be visiting again our next trip to Belize! Oh, and they have puppers!

Nothing, the property was wonderful.

The owner was very nice and provided a delicious breakfast. There’s a small pool but it’s all you need. It’s a close 10 minute taxi ride to the airport, but there’s nothing walkable without having a vehicle or calling a taxi. Room was clean and had a very nice stylish decor.

Cathy was very friendly and made our short stay very pleasant. Tony our driver was also friendly, professional and knowledgeable about Belize in general
