Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en comfortabele en gezellige kamers. Locatie is echt top!

De badkamer was redelijk klein, maar wel schoon en netjes.

The staff were all very friendly and approachable. The rooms were all a good size and the bathrooms were clean and stocked with small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. It was easy to find and conveniently located to distance of shops and restaurants so there's really nothing more we could ask for on our short stay!

We really couldn't complain! If you understand you are in the center and as a light sleeper, use the earplugs provided, there's no problem but the sounds of the square are unavoidable. The steep staircase is typically Dutch so to complain about that is also not productive. Everything is exactly as advertised.

Locatie en hoe makkelijk het was de kamer in de komen. Geen gedoe, dat was fijn. Bed, badkamer was helemaal prima. Prima kamer om alleen te overnachten.

De deur kon niet op slot vanuit de kamer (wel van buiten af). Dus was de slaap ervaring minder om dat het niet heel veilig aanvoelde. Daarnaast deed de airco het niet, ook niet na het verwisselen van de batterijen. En als die aanstond, stond die op 25 graden.

The location was very central and convenient for exploring Haarlem. The interior design was ok but small and tight.

There could have been more toilet paper provided. Since the property is right in the city center, it gets quite noisy around 4 a.m. and sometimes throughout the night — soundproof windows would really help. The lighting was also too dim, especially in the evening when we wanted to get ready; it was hard to see the mirror properly. Overall, not fully satisfied.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und überaus zentral gelegen.

Das Zimmer 2 liegt nach hinten und man schaut auf eine Wand und hat keine Sonne. Am Wochenende kann es durch die benachbarte Kneipe recht laut werden. Die Treppe zum Zimmer ist sehr steil, was man bei der Buchung beachten sollte. Die Heizung im Zimmer war leider extrem laut aufgrund fehlender Entlüftung, wie sich herausstellte. Dadurch hatte ich zwei schlaflose Nächte, bis man sich darum gekümmert hat. Die Reaktion der Agentur die für die Kommunikation zuständig war, war zunächst schnell und freundlich. Trotz der deutlichen Beeinträchtigung meines Aufenthalts war die Unterkunft aber nicht bereit, eine Entschädigung anzubieten, obwohl dies seitens der Agentur in Aussicht gestellt wurde. Das ist nicht akzeptabel.
