Manque un relais wifi : j'étais logé en bout de couloir et la connexion était fort instable. Chambre pas assez fréquemment nettoyée : au client de sortir lui-même ses poubelles, par exemple. Personnel d'accueil variable, allant de l'excellence souriante à la presque bêtise selon les individus. Néanmoins, un bon qualité prix, si on fait abstraction du manque d'hygiène dû à un nettoyage trop peu fréquent.

Logement agréable et propre, accueil agréable, jolie décoration, par contre il y a une forte odeur quand on ouvre les fenêtres lié au sictom juste à côté, un peu bruyant également quand les machines sont en marche.

Séjour bien passé cependant, la veille de mon départ j'ai demandé à l'agent de nuit de me réserver un taxi pour le lendemain à 10h30 pour l'aéroport d'Orly. Comme convenu le lendemain je vois une voiture arrivée avec un jeune qui n'avait rien d'un taximan, quant à la propreté de la nvoiture n'en parlons pas..., en mettant une valise devant côté passager il casse une roue d'une valise sans même s'excuser, ... et il nous dépose dans le parking des particuliers, prétextant que l'emplacecement réservé aux taxis était certainement embouteillé,... Et il me demande 60 € PARCE QUE L'HOTEL DOIT RECUPERER UNE COMMISSION SUR LE PRIX DE LA COURSE....C'est une première pour moi CAR AUCUN HOTEL NE ME L'A JAMAIS FAIT.....

The hotel is clean and employees were neither good or bad. Very little interaction or desire to help. Be prepared to have sponge baths because the water pressure and temperature changes every 2-3 seconds, going from cold to burning hot. We stayed 3 nights. The first night I had the “do not disturb” hanging on the door but the other nights I didn’t and nobody came to clean. Apparently you are supposed to take out your own trash. There is no working AC and when I asked for help I was told the technician was gone for the day. Had to sleep 3 nights with open windows. And if you are not familiar with the area, the hotel is 45 min from the city and about 1 mile from metro station. The kitchenette was nice to have.

Agréable petit séjour dans cet hôtel. Accueil et propreté RAS. Proche de La seine et de la gare de Lyon. Je recommande.

I’ve visited Paris a number of times and this is the best place that I’ve ever stayed at in the city. The suites are spacious, beautifully designed, spotless and affordable. We loved having the kitchenette. The friendly welcoming staff, the lovely, thoughtful extra touches like the complimentary citrus, mint flavoured water and croissants available in the beautiful lobby all made this a wonderful home base for our 10 day stay in Paris.

I stayed here for about a week, and all the staff were kind and helpful—it was a really great experience. The room was clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I felt very relaxed throughout my stay. The location also offered relatively easy access to tourist spots, and I was able to make some wonderful memories. If I ever come back to Paris, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Just a bit far but everything was very clean and comfortable and modern looking.

Stayed here for a couple days with my mom while visiting Paris. It is a 20 minute walk from the metro station and 5 minute walk to the nearest bus station. For grocery shopping (CarreFour or Action) it is also a 20 minute walk. Inside the hotel room, you are provided a mini kitchen with the basic amenities (microwave, sink, stovetop, dishwasher, spoons, cups, bowls, corkscrew, etc) and a big bathroom with bodywash, shampoo, hairdryer, and lots of towels. The only downside was you had to pay for breakfast. No security box inside room either. Not sure about maid service, as my family and I always decline and have the “Do Not Disturb” sign placed on our door. Also, it was a bit loud as there is a restaurant next to you and there is a factory nearby that blows a lot of smoke. Overall, it was convenient location— got the job done for an inexpensive price & lets us explore a more real side of french-folk as this location is slightly outside of Paris.

Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Hotel hat eine gute Ausstattung, die Metro ist 15min Fußweg entfernt. Leider liegt es nicht in der schönsten Gegend. Besonders störend war allerdings, dass das Zimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts (6 Nächte) nicht ein einziges Mal gereinigt wurde. Den Müll mussten wir eigenständig entsorgen und leer gegange Hygieneartikel gab es nur widerwillig auf Anfrage vom Personal.
