Residhome Quai d'Ivry

Our stay was excellent, the property, rooms and amenities were well kept and clean. The only issue for us is that there was no hot water in the morning.

The hotel is nice for a few days in Paris.

The surrounding area was good.

Notre séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé ! Les réceptionnistes étaient sincèrement adorables. Concernant la chambre, elle était vraiment très propre et agréable (sans parler du lit super confortable). En bref, c’était super !

Clean and safe

me and my partner travelled for my 23rd birthday for 4 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly - bed was comfortable, staff were friendly, room was spacious and clean and had everything you needed, couldn't fault anything from the place at all. only thing I'd say is the area is very VERY much under construction and you'll hear it, see it and dream it, the area isn't bad, it's just very grey

Property is new and modern. Excellent choice for families. Not the best part of Paris but the area seemed like coming up. It was more budget friendly so you can use your savings on lodging to Uber around in Paris. One thing I can say is that the breakfast is not worth the money. If you can walk a little, there's this excellent bakery called 'Boulangerie Honorin'. A lot better for breakfast.

Stayed for a weekend. Cant fault it, very friendly and has everything you need

Hotel is good, just some personal preference items you should consider before booking. 1) Not close to any attractions, so be prepared to spend quite a bit on travel. 2) No free room cleaning, if you want it you have to pay. They have a once a week policy that they’ll clean for free, but it’s a hassle to get it done. House keeper told me no she wasn’t doing it, but 2 different people at the front desk told me I was on the schedule to be cleaned. So either a lack of communication between staff, or a disgruntled housekeeper…not sure which one. Just go not expecting to get your room cleaned. 3) If you’re a cold natured person, I wouldn’t recommend this place for you in the winter time. As the rooms stay at about 68 -72 degrees based on USA standards. If your a hot natured person, this place may work out great. Front desk person told me the room may not heat to what I’m accustomed to and she was right. I thought the heat was broken, but it was just the standard temperature that their heat blows.

The staff os very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. They're multi-lingual and always willing to assist. The property is new(2022) and impeccable.
