More parking space for the car.

It is as close to the beach as you can get and the view is out of this world, you can see the isle of white and Portsmouth with ease, and the sunset was a first as it was completely clear while we were at the property. Truly amazing. The Kitchen had everything you needed for a short stay. The bedrooms were well presented.

The property had some decoration issues which could do with some attention, cracks in walls and damage to the door wood work. The shower screen didn’t stop water from running underneath and onto the floor. The cupboard for the fridge should have some work to build the fridge is as this is the cupboard with the boiler and drainage in also which was a little bit off putting for us. The main double bed mattress was not very good, this should be replaced and supplied with bed sheets that fit.

Beautiful view. Well kept. Takeaways, restaurants, shop and bus stop short walk away. Easy access to Chichester. Home away from home.

A dishwasher would be lovely. But not a complaint.

The location of the property was excellent and having a balcony was an added bonus. Also close to amenities.

The property itself is lovely and well maintained but the windows in the bedrooms have no latches and because it gets windy you are unable to open them. Also the sliding door takes a bit of getting used to. Finally the bathroom needs a grab rail as the bath itself is quite high.

Toy in cupboard did t work despite going out to buy batteries so disappointed child! It was the Elephun game catching the butterflies .
