Tal Beach Hotel

My friend and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. For a 3 star hotel it was great. The food was fresh and tasty. Each day was something different. The chef Shamus was very nice. Very proud of his food. Phyllis made amazing breads and pastries. Yes . The pool was cleaned every morning. The young men working in the hotel never stopped. Very polite. Yes. The rooms were out of date. But for the price you pay. Very reasonable. Towels you can change when you wish. Only wine was free and coffee and soft drinks. We used to buy a bottle of drink. You can keep it behind the bar. We would recommend it for location. We took ourselves off to other places.

I would avoid this place at all cost! Failed pictures in the advert, the rooms are horrendously dirty and dated, the food is appalling if you have any dietary restrictions then you will go hungry as I did, zero labelling on the “food” and unhelpful staff. But in hindsight maybe for the best I didn’t eat as my partner caught Campylobacter and was off work for 3 weeks after the holiday. It’s in the middle of nowhere, not clear on the advert no nightlife in the small town it’s in just loads of resorts. No one speaks English just Turkish and Russian, and the “all inclusive” drinks are only cheap red wine and white wine which again they do not say anything about that on the website. So avoid this place, I had complained when we got home and still have heard nothing back we spent just under a grand for the worst couple of days and a severe health scare

This hotel is a mistake. The rooms are in terrible condition. Old and dirty. When you turn on the water in the bathroom it stinks. The air conditioning is moldy. The staff is arrogant. They don't have ice cubes. They said we should buy some and they can put them in the fridge where it melts. There is no food between 1:30 and 7 p.m. All inclusive for them means white and red wine. You have to pay for the internet. The towels are dirty and have holes, as well as the bed linen. You have to ask for everything, there are no forks or knives. To eat fruit, you have to go to the beginning of serving meals. There are only watermelons and melons or only melons from fruit. They don't have sparkling water. The bar is open from 12-9 p.m. Their beach is old and dirty, full of cigarette butts. I am attaching photos. According to the reception, the hotel is at a good level. They suggested changing the room. I was in 4 others. The same standard in each. They allow smoking in the rooms. Besides, everything is in the photos. I told the reception that they should put real pictures of the hotel on the internet because what they are doing is a scam. They said that I should change the hotel because it is not for me. Love Holidays through which I booked does nothing about it, they wrote that the pictures I sent, i.e. the ones I put here, are ok and we should change the room and tell them to clean it well.

The food was the same and just added lemon to make it more sour every day. As it was all inclusive when i booked they only offered red and white wine. The rest you need to pay. Our room was not cleaned over 4 days and 3 nights . The reason was the shower over flown and flooded the room itself and we had to put towel to stop the water from flooding to the room and my friend slipped and almost lucky not to broke his hand and leg or so. We explained it to who ever was in reception, no action was taken. when we asked for fresh towel no one gave anything. After 4 hrs of waiting we took towels from the cupboard on the corridor. An hour after when i was having shower a guy who claimed he is a hotel owner just opened the door and got in and said i got you towels and when we said we got that he started shouting at us that this is my hotel and you have to do what i say. I told hime you cant just get into my room without asking me and he said this is my hotel i can do what ever i want then he added You were not suppose to throw the towels on the floor and from now on no more towels for you and i had to shout get out of the room as i was having shower and naked. And the last day they asked us to empty the room earlier and they charged us for lunch and there were others which they didn’t get charged. In total the hotel was a rip off. Toilet was very dirty like it has never been cleaned . Very black stains inside. An electric plug was open with wires out. Which is a big hazard for a family with a baby to stay there.

Honestly avoid at all costs if your a parent or even just travelling they cleaned the pool twice in my stay and honestly I was shocked at what I saw the fact that the pool guy was pouring 6-8 litres of chemicals into the kiddy pool of the fact the restaurant had no ingredients cards so you didn’t know what you was eating all inclusive is rubbish hat to pay for the internet either 2euro a night or 10 for 7 no entertainment when the bar opens they blast music and you hardly get a sip of soft drinks no indoor bar at dinner you had to go to the pool bar for a drink with your dinner which only lasted an hour not em really noisey at night people dro
