The location

Lobby a bit small, bathroom didnt look as clean, there are moulds on the grouting.

The Location is fantastic on Gaya Street- the tourist hub. I was upgraded to a sea view with a balcony, the rooms were huge and well appointed with a separate enclosure for the shower and the WC. Coffee maker and tea and snacks were provided- not sure if this was chargeable but i think they were complimentary- which is great. Too bad i didnt partake. Beds are ok- i had a higher, firmer and better mattress and pillows at the Citadine Waterfront.

The mini fridge is a drawer so it will be difiicult to store food apart from drinks. The Property is close to the main KK pier and there is construction work closeby all around, the view of the sea is therefore obstructed from the balcony. The doors are super heavy and is quite disturbing when the rooms across close the door with a bang there is a disturbance in he room. The most disappointing part of the property was the hordes of korean and chinese influencers/ tourists who flood the rooftop at sunset hour and ruin the beautiful sunset experience with their constant posing and crowding. Cannot use the Pool as it becomes the backdrop of the shoot. -Terrible. No happy hour as such, the cocktails are EXPENSIVE-RM60 for 1 as happy hour- not worth it with the hordes of tourists breathing down your neck. The lobby becomes a bit like a train station waiting room for the chinese and korean toursist, therefore the exclusivity and luxe feeling of the Hyatt is not felt at all. More like a Travel Lodge.

I love atmosphere .

A big fly in my yogurt. The lady who brought me to my seat refused to order breakfast for me. Just simply ask another new waitress came who only said don't know about everything. At the end, I waited more than 40 minutes for my breakfast but came with a Big fly inside.

Top Hotel in sehr guter Lage, super Ausblick von Pool und Rooftop Bar, toller Service und sehr saubere Zimmer.

The hotel is across a mall which has a food court .This is quite convenient. Staff very cooperative and attentive .

The hotel was not very clean .The beach view rooms are not exactly beach front

The breakfast buffet was amazing. I can smell they bake croissants
