Central location and lovely friendly staff from bar on 23rd to dining on 22 nd to ground floor staff ( concierge team !!!) Nice light rooms . We love the green views at the land side . This was our 4th visit to Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu . Everyone is always so helpful , we love staying there when we visit friends in KK . Looking forward to our next stay .
