The reception staffs was very friendly and helpful specially Mr. Mohamed was very supportive and make us satisfied for upgraded our room, also help me to do delivery food order from outside. The room was clean and every day room service they clean our room.

The breakfast food was not good and no more choices, we got some day the bread was mold. Need to improve the breakfast.

Fantastic stay here. Google Maps gave me the wrong directions to get here from the otogar, but when I arrived everything was amazing. Very luxurious hotel, friendly service, they even gifted me some fruits. Amazing!

Pleasant staff, the room is in good condition, quite clean and comfortable. Beautiful sea view.

Breakfast. It was very very poor. I'd say, it wasn't there. We came about 9:30 and we could find anything to eat. Boiled eggs looked unhealthy, french fries (that is strange on the breakfast), and something like fried cheese sticks. That's it from the hot dishes! We drank a cup of tea with bread and cheese, some tomatoes and cucumbers and that's it. Take into consideration that the hotel is on the hill, so from the Forum mall it's a real hiking to get to the place.
