Bay of Fires Holiday Suites - Town Centre

Great hotel room, so close ( walking distance)- cafe ‘lifeboat cafe’ and pub ‘easy tiger’ as well as IGA. A short drive to Bay of fires. Comfy bed, good size bathroom. Well appointed and clean. Easy access and helpful staff.

Very minor complaints. Doesn’t really affect the O/N stay. TV remote didn’t work therefore could change channels or volume on TV. Coffee pods are not great.

The family suite room was very roomy and comfortable plenty of room to move around and the bed was very comfortable and big.

The grout in the shower was yellow definitely needed a proper clean. The tv remote would not work unless you switched it off by the PowerPoint and even then it would last 2 mins before the tv remote would not work at all and the wifi kept on cutting out on the tv.

Good location - in town centre.

No staff available face to face, small room, TV only worked intermittently and found sandwich press dirty (no toaster available).

Room and facilities were good. Easy accessibility and fantastic location.

No toaster in the room and few extra towels.

Great in town location to shops, and family room was quite spacious.

Not having a sink in the room to clean dishes wasn’t ideal.

Location great . Very comfortable bed . Quiet . There was nothing we could fault. Would recommend and stay again .

Central location

1. Strobing lights in the lift 2. Lack of toilet paper 3. Bed too soft 4. Pillows uncomfortable 5. No iron or ironing board 6. Smaller than average hotel room with fewer facilities 7. Not great value for money

Would have been a better review if the apartment had windows, we felt a bit boxed in, tv remote stopped working replaced and tried 8 new batteries but still no go. Lights in lift occasionally strobes. A bit more time cleaning particularly the bed head, shelves and lamp base and top on skirting tiles in bathroom.
