Clean room laundry was a good feature. Good a/c.

Tv stations all channel 10 didn't work. Advertised kitchenette is a stretch, no toaster, basic like every motel room. Room is quite compact very hard to open and store luggage in room with 2 people. No onsite manager for luxury property day hours was a surprise. Dripping noise outside room 3 all night must be a drain outside window. Carpark on street or local carpark not secure parking. Not paying for view as no view. All above, as advertised as luxury, it's highly priced sorry but wouldn't stay again. Bayside Hotel down the street better value with view older but reasonable price. Comfortable and pretty room but not punching above it's weight. Overpriced.

Clean, fairly spacious, and centrally located. Good access to everything you need in the town. Good laundry facilities on site.

Lack of decent kitchen facilities - we stayed for 6 nights, only m/wave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Had to wash dishes in small bathroom sink - still, not insurmountable. Nowhere to hang clothes. All of the issues above not a problem for a stay of 2-3 days, but you might need more if staying longer.

Good location, room a bit on the small size, all amenities were good.

Room was noisy, an aircon unit downstairs somewhere kicked in and out and was noisy, also a pilates class started downstairs each morning at 06:10 with noisy music.

the location was perfect. right in the middle of the town. very nicely furnished room and perfect bathroom.

we had trouble getting a carpark to unpack when we arrived. after that we had no trouble

Bit noisey- cleaners come in early- my room was right near supply room.
