全体的には広くて明るくて綺麗だったので満足です。

サイトや連絡メールにチェックインの時間がまちまちで、15:00か16:00か分からず困った。統一してほしい。チェックインの仕方も番号押すだけと言われたのに、カメラに顔を撮影するなんてびっくりした。バーベキューの椅子に焼肉のたれがこぼしたままだった。お風呂にはゴキブリが出ました。寝室には大きなクモが出て、森の中だから仕方ないのかもしれませんが入らないようにしてほしい。予約する時に写真の他に間取り図を載せてほしいです。多人数で行く場合、寝室のイメージは必要なので。写真だけでは、バーベキューの場所がまさか、階段を降りていく所とは分からず、足の悪い家族は大変だった。細かい事を気付いた分だけ書きましたが、沢山で泊まれて楽しかったです。近くの温泉も、とても良かったです。

Netflix, nice quiet location.

unpleasant smell on the grey towels and beddings, even the pyjama’s smelled the next days. Dirty / water stains on the sofa. Streets to property are very narrow, fitted only one car, therefore felt uncomfortable to drive to property. Unpleasant stay and left the property early morning next day although we booked 2 nights.

The peaceful enviroment.

The house is spacious and it was a great place to stay with a group of friends. We used the patio/BBQ area for both nights during our stay. Can only be accessed by car, but driving distance to a supermarket and some beaches.

The check-in process required us to submit our personal information ahead of our stay, and then again upon arrival we were required to record all of our faces and say our names into a tablet to receive the key from the lock box - this seemed intrusive and made us feel very unwelcome. The hosts did not disclose that the projector at the property had been removed; if we had known then we would have brought our own. Customer service was responsive but it was obvious they manage multiple properties because half of their responses were incorrect and irrelevant in the first instance for the specific property where we were staying.

しいて言えば、勝手口側の雨戸が閉まらなかったのと気持ち少し、寒いです。 他は全てにおいて素晴らしかったです。
