The property was beautiful and felt very safe! It was also very clean and well maintained.

Having to drive down hilly and pothole filled roads to get food and get into town.

The view was spectacular and the setting quiet and peaceful. Rowdy behavior is not tolerated which made this a tranquil space. The space was ultra clean and comfortable and the infinity pool magical.

Hard to find good grocery store nearby for cooking in the unit. The AC is efficient in the bedroom--not so much the rest of the place.

This was the most beautiful place! The spaces were huge and luxurious. The pool was incredible and looked right out to the ocean. Staff were kind and efficient. I will be going back and staying here again.

We booked a room like in the picture— with the balcony listed as the last one — while several were available that were in the center.   When we got there the owner did a bait and switch and only had the middle room that’s behind the busy pool— that’s your view— not the ocean available.  When I protested and showed my booking.com confirmation with pictures that clearly showed the balcony villa, he lied and told me they were all the same and he had lots of pictures so it didn’t matter and that he’d given the balcony room to a repeat customer and that I was being rude for mentioning this and if I didn’t like it I could leave.  He locked the door to the villa.  I called booking.com customer service who told me to take pictures of the different villas ( easy to do they are next to each other and the difference is plainly obvious). When I tried, we repeatedly overheard the owner call me a very Spanish derogatory term “punta” and someone from his property kept what’s apping me that I’d upset the owner by my rudeness and now he didn’t want me as a guest at his private property.  He said he was going to call the police when I tried to take the pictures and booking overheard it and cancelled the reservation.  Ricardo— the owner—is a scam artist masquerading as  a French gent. I’m a retired judge.  I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally in my life.  Stay away from this scammer.  He pulls bait and switch.  Don’t give him your hard earned money

Pros: - quiet, secluded - modern - good sized infinity pool with beautiful views - decent amount of dinnerware in kitchen Cons: - literally ZERO communication from anyone about checking in or checking out or info regarding the property. Supposedly the owner lives on the property, but never came to give us any info. The groundskeeper checked us in and no one was there to check out. The number provided to use on What’s App did not send replies even though the message said it was read. What if there was an emergency?! - list of rules in the room and rule #2 states “no animals” but the lady staying behind us had two dogs - TOUGH walk into town if you don’t have a vehicle: 1 km up a very steep and hot incline back to the property - Lots of ants and bugs in general inside the property - Advertised as having AC, but be advised this is ONLY in the bedroom and the Villa we stayed in did not have proper curtains (and one main window with none) so it got HOT in there - no cooking essentials like oil, salt, pepper, etc. which is unfortunate for a “luxury” stay - was told housekeeping was daily, but this was not the case. Used the same pool towel for SIX days as they are never replaced - no shade or cabana out by the pool For the price, I would encourage the owners to consider some important details to improve it, or for potential guests, to look elsewhere and compare before deciding.

These villas are just perfect. Adults only with a gorgeous warm swimming pool. Away from all the hussle of the town up in the hills, but still only 4m drive to the beach. Rosa and her husband were amazing and even helped fix our hire car when it broke down.

The accommodation is beautiful, situated high on a hill with the most breathtaking view. Ricardo, the owner, puts a lot of love into the property and it is very well maintained. He has gardeners come in everyday for maintenance and the villas are cleaned daily. The villa itself is clean, lots of light and has everything you need. Large king sized bed thats comfortable, chairs to sit outside on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view, the kitchen is decently equipped. You could hear howler monkeys in the morning which was really cool! The pool area is gorgeous, a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset after a long day. Lots of parking area. If you want beautiful views, then expect to drive uphill on some windy roads to get to this accommodation. It only takes a few minutes and is a two way street so it should in no way defer you from staying here. The road is mainly paved. To access the villas you need a key to the gate which is some added security. If you want peaceful tranquility in a beautiful villa and sorroundings, this is for you!

There was only one knife in the kitchen that was rather dull. There was also a lot of ants in the kitchen, so it's important to pack away all food in containers or fridge! Other than that, everything else was great and we are very satisfied.

Our second time here , we love it!
