"Je ne recommanderai cet hôtel à aucun amis"

Petit déjeuner inexistant, être obligé de quitter l’hôtel pour petit déjeuner……….Nul L’enregistrement est un calvaire……… Et alors ce ne caution de 50 € pour une éventuelle casse …en 50 ans de voyage du jamais vu.

Estimado/a señor/a: Le escribo para expresar mi profunda decepción con mi reciente estancia en su hotel. La piscina era un elemento clave para mí, ya que había planeado la estancia con una persona que no deseaba participar en la visita guiada por la ciudad, pero sí pasar el día junto a la piscina. Elegimos el hotel específicamente para este propósito. Lamentablemente, al llegar, descubrí que la piscina estaba en obras y, por lo tanto, completamente cerrada. Esto fue claramente engañoso, ya que no se nos comunicó con antelación. Por consiguiente, solicito una compensación adecuada y una respuesta a este asunto. Atentamente, Christian Fuß
