Quirky, unique property with loads of memorabilia. It is like a modern museum and curated to perfection, a really nice place to stay with personality. The place was spotless and a really attentive owner / operator.

Excellent parking facility nearby. Since I don’t speak Turkish, I probably didn’t use it the right way and had to pay 120 TRY for overnight parking, but that’s still a fair price.

Unfortunately, I didn’t like the hotel at all. I booked it mainly because of the parking, but the normal rooms were already taken, so we stayed in the small red room. It is much smaller than it looks in the photos. The bathroom has no ventilation except a small window, which must stay open when in use — this lets in constant noise from buses parking nearby, from dawn till late evening. The AC unit is placed directly opposite the bed, so even on the lowest setting it blasts cold air on you all night. The blanket was far too thin and small (see photo); if you’re taller than 1.6 m, you basically have to choose whether your upper body or your legs stay warm. The night was very uncomfortable and cold. In the lobby, they displayed items like mugs and perfume with price tags. My girlfriend wanted to buy a coffee cup, but after a confusing discussion (with another guest translating, since staff spoke no English), it turned out the cups were not actually for sale. If items are not for sale, they shouldn’t have price tags that mislead guests.

Excellent hotel, very modern rooms and friendly staff.
