Very helpful staff

this will be long because I believe most of us order hotels based on reviews. if you are coming from airport, there r are 2 very easy buses and it's ridiculously cheap. with traffic it should be about an hour and a half or so. because my flight back was very early in the morning I opted for a car service (30€) that manager (Ergun) got for me. hotel is right across from the beach in between all the stores. the service (Ergun) is impeccable and he will do everything he can to make it comfortable. bottled water and even slippers wait for you in the room. I only booked a room with no food yet my child was able to eat for free at the adjacent hotel! if I wanted to have a meal it was also very cheap (6€). I asked for shower curtain and literally had it installed within 10 minutes. there is all the free coffee, cappuccino and cold water throughout the day. there is a small fridge in the room and a big one in the downstairs kitchen if you need it. very often Ergun put out fresh cherries or other fruit at the entrance. everyday there are free -on the spot made- pastries and watermelon in the afternoon for everybody. the pool is clean and the fun never ends with the slides. there are many families with kids so it was perfect for my child. kids don't care about languages and many of them played together. the room is simple but I was very grateful for the upgrade to a family room, meaning I had a double bed and my child a single. you can ask for extra towels. room is cleaned every 3 days but I'm sure there would be no objection if you needed it to be more. I loved having the balcony overlooking the greenery. there is tv but it sux,lol. air conditioning works perfectly. free wifi is in the hotel and in all the rooms but keep in mind that for very small fee you can have it by the pool as well if you are coming without your own package as I forgot to do...

absolutely needs international tv channels at least a few English speaking ones.

Very good location, close to the sea, rooms a bit worn out with time, but very good breakfast and very nice host. We had a good time

I honestly love this hotel. It will always be my favourite the people are so welcoming and their hospitality is a 10/10. The rooms are so clean and they made my experience amazing. Will definitely be coming again. Not to mention the sea is so close and the shops and restaurant are too. I honestly don’t regret it at all. I can say without a doubt this is the best hotel I have been too.

very friendly and welcoming host, good sized room, wifi worked well throughout Hotel. I liked the balcony on the side of the room with sun in the morning and loads of trees outside (orange trees were blooming and the nice scent was everywhere). free water dispenser on ground floor to fill up your empty water bottles. minibar was connected to power outlet that stayed on even after taking key-card out of the socket. Located close to beach/promenade and town of Beldibi is in my opinion one of the nicer and quieter tourist towns in the area. Seems to be part of (or at least collaborating with) the Poseidon Hotel complex - breakfast was served there and pool was open for Belcan Hotel guests.

Unfortunately there are a few things that I didn't like. The Hotel has seen better days. Doors were jammed or got stuck, door handles as well. furniture had a 1990's charm. reminded me more of a hostel were youth groups would stay. curtains not wide enough to cover both windows and balcony door. No way to black-out room for better sleeping. floor of room wasn't very clean and it took several minutes for water in shower to get hot (to be fair, the host warned me and mentioned to let the water run for some time). swallows/martins nesting right above balcony door, leaving their droppings. breakfast was served in neighboring Hotel complex and was rather basic and the facilities didn't look very hygienic (water dispenser, coffee machine, wrinkly and stained table clothes and touching some surfaces my hands felt sticky).

Small and quiet hotel near the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are basic but clean and have a good size. Very good value for money.

Some things in the rooms could be renewed.
