Excellent accueil ! Lit spacieux et confortable.

Le ménage est fait mais de façon superficielle.

Cercano a ríos y a locales comerciales, wifi bueno. Personal agradable, hablaban español. Lugar hermoso para caminar y relajarse.

Ubicación de baños mantuvieron un olor nauseamundo lo que se extiende a los 3 pisos, faltan extractores. No hay cocina, ni horno ni microondas, solo refrigerador y hervidor. El sistema de comunicación con el cliente es bloquear tu lockers ante cualquier suceso, existen otras formas de llegar al cliente y solucionar las cosas con mas respeto. El sistema de cámaras no soluciona un posible hurto o extravío de insumos, lo que genera un ambiente de desconfianza.

We had a great stay at this accommodation. The staff were very friendly, can saluatoee, they are welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They always responded kindly and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room and all areas of the accommodation were also clean and well maintained. The atmosphere and location was nice, closed to bus stop and we really appreciated their excellent service. Thank you for making our trip more enjoyable!
